We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this site. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and begin the return process. According to the policy outlined below we will provide either a replacement item or a full refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, shipping the wrong item, etc. In cases where the return is because of an error we made we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.

Returning an Item is Easy
